Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
 
- All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. Cutie Patootie Clothing only allows returns on defective items or shipping errors.
 
- Cutie Patootie Clothing  does not allow returns on sale items, closeouts or special orders.
 
- If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
 
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns are refunded through store credit only and will apply towards your next order. No refunds.

- Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all tags included.

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees . If a return is due to a defect / damage or shipping error, Cutie Patootie will assist with a return label after review.
 
- It is the customer's responsibility to ship the products to our facility for exchange.
 
- In order to make a return, an RA# (Return Authorization Number) is required.

- In order to request an RA#, the buyer must email or call with the following information: invoice number, order date, company name, style number, quantity, color, size, reason, and pictures.
 
- Packages that have been opened or are not in their original packaging are accepted as long as they are still in wearable / sellable conditions and a store credit will be given, no refunds.
 
- The original shipping and handling cost is only refundable for defective merchandise if customer would not like to replace items.
 
- All returns will not have a restocking fee if returned within 7 days of order shipping date and it is in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
 
- If the package is returned in opened condition after  7 days of order shipping date, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
 
-15 % restocking fee will be charged on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
 
- No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
 
- $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
 
- Price on this invoice does not included shIpping and handling fees.

- Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

CANCELLATION POLICY
 
-If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
 
- We can only process cancellation if the merchandise has not been charged and shipped.
 
- You must contact us immediately to confirm the cancellation and we will confirm through email.
 
- We do not process cancellation if items have been picked up by shipping carrier.
